Probably been said already, but you can't go any farther than double cast time. Which is what this was. If the daze, Migraine, and Arcane Conundrum had stacked, you'd be looking at a 48-second cast time, and this was about 12.

@GreenGold33 he wasnt pressing esc.... he was using a DUAL attack and he never did use a lead or off-hand attack on the caster so no damage dealt, and thats why it recharged instantly. otherwise u could just spam the best dual attacks for massive damage

Also... Any hard res spell (like unlinked Resurrection) cast near a Bloodstone (there are few places with a special ground effect) while Dazed and under Arcane Conundrum and other hexes mobs can cast there... Makes it like 4+ minutes casting time.
