hey guys i got a question here if ur a body builder , if you are in a diet to go competition do you need protein shake ? or its all about fish and chicken ?
Chico needs to give it up in the future and let the NPC handle the shows. The so called "competitors" make for comedy hour but dont have a chance at real bodybuilding. The winner and few others were okay but definetly not real champions.

This man is my older brother. He works his ass off every day. He has worked his legs alot more sents that comp.
He placed 3rd in Contracosta. Im proud of him. His Diet is extremely difficult. I know i had to deal with his attitude the whole time. You guys should envy how drivin and talented he is. How determined he is to make it. He is going to be opening his own body shops up soon. SO i hope you guys will stop buy and see it.
I think it was a well deserve win. His upper legs were good, like most, we all need to work our calves. Its especailly hard for us taller people. Hope to see more of this man on here. You inspire me to work harder.
Yeah his legs could be a lot bigger. But I entered this same contest a couple of months ago and I didnt even make the top three. So props to him, he must have felt amazing walking away with that trophy.
