Façam o que fizerem, mas nenhuma moto 4 T se igualará a uma 2 T, Para as 1000 4T superarem as 500 2T foi necessário levar o giro dessas gigantes acima dos 19000 rpm. Agora, alguém conhece alguma quatro tempos de 500 com potência e desempenho iguais às das 500 do mundial????? A maior merda foi acabar com o dois tempos, já enviei diversos e-mails à Yamaha lembrando que eles poderiam voltar com o motor 2T com válvulas que eles mesmos já tinham feito no passado. lol, no, its not a drift... did you see the tires smoking? neh, it actually has to do with a GP-style bike's steering geometry. when you turn you need to also tranfer your weight towards the direction of turn, this makes the bike lean sideways, which permits the current camber angle to increase dramatically. do that while you turn the wheel to face the other way, and you are basically cancelling the camber configuration, thus, not cvornering. though if you do its too drastically you WILL drift

i am a honda fan myself. But saying Yamaha sucks is just plain old stupid. Yamaha has one of the best build quality in the industry. New R1 is faster than current cbr. However i still think new cbr abs model is a better overall fit for most street riders.

I completely agree with you: those brands are all of supreme quality: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Ducati, etc... and the diferences between all of them are just in the eyes of the beholder: all of them are capable of unpractical speeds, all have spectacular accelerations, spectacular braking power... so is just a matter of wich one looks prettier and more suitable for each one. That wasn't really a drift. The rider was braking and his rear stepped out sideways. He wasn't sliding on acceleration. Now I know that drifters slide under braking too, but the main action happens when they get on the gas and go around corners sideways.

it's the same power/torque as the 07-08 model, but the torque is delivered a lot lower in the rpms, due to the crossplane crank, the r1 had power last year, so i think it'll still be powerful, and it'll be the bike to beat for 09.

if you're talking about the exhaust note in this vid, i can assure you that the sound isn't coming from an M1. This is how the '09 R1 sounds, even with stock cans.
