Yeah, sorry to say this, because you never know how depress and desperate a person can feel... to get to the point of thinking of killing themselves.. but, there's not work worthy your mental health and dignity... and do not understand why didn't they just quit!
@ErikitaMA You are right to a certain degree, no job is worth that but when your pension and 40 years compensation package dissapears because you leave and you are nearing retirement, its not easy to just pick your life back up and start again. Everything they have ever worked for in life is wrapped up in that job and management know it.
