  • This is a nice performance but it doesn't begin to compare to the original.

    mcp

  • There's more to life than being really really ridicusouly good looking <;°

  • Who am I?

    I don't know -.-

  • Oh crap i was the one who started the joke :P

  • Why models?

  • The best version, eh that's a matter of opinion. It however is not the worst. Lacks the emotion and feeling of the Bee Gees and Faith No More, but still done nicely

  • That Hansel is so hot right now.

  • what is this a school for ants?! how can we be expected to help children learn how to read if they cant even fit inside the building?

  • i started a joke an 72 people hated it

  • @Danshro yeah, no.

  • God?!?

  • no matter how many friends u leave dead and dying and bloody along the way

  • temaso!!!

  • i want this played at my funeral!

  • I love this version!

  • what movie is this song off? i swear its off something ??? whats the movie haaha

  • @emmaisawesome10

    Zoolander

  • This cover is better than the original

  • i like this version

its almost as good as the bee gees one

  • wrong melody... they took too many liberties. meh..

  • its the jokers and harleys theme song

  • @robinbarryg yeah, I don't think so

  • This is an awesome cover, anyone who hates it is just too wrapped up in the Bee Gees and close minded to covers. I love the Bee Gees, but this is a great cover.

  • merman!

  • This version is great, but I still prefer the original Bee Gees version sung by Robin.

  • Much better than Faith No More and the Bee Gees XD

  • Who am I?

  • @BrittniUproar lol!

  • @BrittniUproar

    I don't know?

  • I appreciate it but it lacks the raw feeling from the original. That was just too good!

  • Faith No More's version of the song blows this out of the water...

  • @tamagokun well it does blow....I'll give you that.

  • this is the best "feeling sorry for myself" song

  • I really thought my fave Wallflowers song was "One Headlight" until I watched Zoolander again last week. Can't believe I missed it before.

  • this song makes me cry almost everytime i listen to it

  • Just like VH1's Pop up video! Only...with a picture :P

  • ZOOLANDER 2.

    2014.

    GET PSYCHED.

  • @EverGreenVideos noooooooooooo, i loved zoolander i mean absolutely loved it but i dont want the memory of it ruined by a sequel, im just praying the sequel is good and im proven wrong

  • @EverGreenVideos u better be right, or else i just got completly excited for nothing

  • @unimovie101 Seems legit, I googled it and got a few hits with headlines involving Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson talking about the movie - plus a few mentioning a "disfigured Hansel". Get excited.

  • @EverGreenVideos Just in case the first one wasn't bad enough

  • Oh, fuck off! I don't want to hear about Zoolander and Faith No More, I just want to listen to this song! DX

  • what's left to ponder....... good comeback

  • @ds004 LOOOL

  • everytime i listen to this song i always picture zoolander pondering in my mind... is it a crime to be a really really ridiculously good looking? LMAO

  • dear itunes

WHY THE FUCK ISNT THIS SONG AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD!

    Sincerely, angry customers

  • Bob dylans son

  • @LeeVaiM you can definitely tell by the voice if one didn't know. He sounds so much like him. :)

  • this classic has been violated

  • This version is unfeeling and uncaring. It sounds dead and unexamined. Fake.

Why bother to re-do something that doesn't need to be re-done?

    Are you listening Mr. Stiller?

  • @metropolan I use to think the same way about other covers, but what you have to do is forget the original exist to appreciate the cover, just like whitescovered a lot of blacks music back in the days

  • @mate6mty I respect and understand your statement, Mate. Perhaps it's just my age (57), but the Bee Gees' version seems more emotionally honest to me. In this version the singer seems to be stylizing his vocals to create a certain effect, but it doesn't sound to me that he's feeling what he's singing about.

Whatever. Time marches on! - Metro

  • @metropolan I agree with you. The original is great, But i like what they did with the sound (im a hobby musician) probably they {wallflowers) should try that sound with "how can you mend a broken heart. And there are songs covers that probably all agree they stink. hopefully a few :-)

  • who ordered this kind of rape?

  • good song

  • Zoolanderr (:

  • how many abodiginals do you think are professional really really ridicilously good looking?

  • Zoolander. Nuff said

  • "I started a joke, which started the whole-eerd crying". The first part of the song doesn't even sound right, was it intentional?

  • i love how if you listen to the original, and then this one, you can totally hear the progression of music with the decades

  • @comtransbg Hahaha awesome! troll? nah truth!

  • I will respectfully disagree with your assertion that this rendition improves upon the original. In fact, I would contend that they're not even in the same galaxy. This seems closer to a knockoff of the Beatles' "Dear Prudence."

  • love mike patton, but faith no more version is one i think is not to be taken seriously. bee gee's did it first (i guess?) but it does not have a place in these recent generations. this version is very reminiscent of the late 90's, and has a stubbornly subtle alternative sound which i find very nice. thank you wallflowers.

  • Comment removed

  • @TINML This isn't an attempt to troll, I definitely support your harassing of this guy. But how does one pump a dick up their ass? Just doesn't seem feasible.

  • Not my favorite version. Both the Bee Gees and Faith no Mores versions were better. But ya have to give them credit for doing a classic

  • @TINML

sorry, I don't like it and this is not "trolling" - check the dictionary. moreover - insulting people doesn't make the song better...

  • this is really good tunes my friend

  • NO LIKE =[

  • Sorry, but Faith No More still has this beat by far. To be far, it's not like he could top what Mike Patton did even if he tried.

  • what the fuck is Tom Hanks doin on the front cover? ;p

  • There is so much more conviction and depth to this version. Jacob Dylan is a far better singer as well. The vocals on the original are whiny and obnoxious. The Wallflowers version expresses existential thought. Often times I enjoy original versions better, but in this case, sorry. This version excels and surpasses the original in every way.

  • @rabflow1 there should not be better or worse...we can accept the difference according to our mood...

  • "Who am I?"

    "I don't know...."

  • T H I S I S T H E B E S T V E R S I O N.

It's nice to be able to remember the original, yeah, but covers don't always have to be worse than the original.

  • hey douchebags, music is meant to be covered. get over it.

  • Barry's version is better, nothing wrong with this cover but the way Barry sings it sounds nicer

  • reeeeeeeeesuper this sooong!! =D

  • really, really good looking : *

  • UGLY! 1000 times better the original version

  • BAHA!! the goofy cover for the soundtrack at the end SOMEHOW dulls the song's emotion, doesn't it?

  • I like the original, but this version really worked well with Zoolander

  • its alright i guess... but have you guys heard the Faith No More cover...

THE VOCALS ARE PHENOMENAL, they really compliment Barry's crazy falcetto originals

  • @NoMoMedia I like this version best. I tried the FNM version when I saw your comment....ABORT!ABORT!ABORT!

  • I guess I've got a lot to ponder...

  • @MaximusTheNerd

"Hey amigo, what's left to ponder......? Nice comeback"

  • i listened to both the old and new, and i like the new one by the wallflowers way better. the beat and voice to me just sounds better.

  • I guess i have a lot of things to ponder.....

  • Respond to this video...

  • yeah boy zoolander

  • hmmm nice.. anyway i like beegees version.. more retro.. ^^

  • who am i..............i dont know

  • zoolander

  • Not bad, not bad. I think the original is better, though. It has much more 'feel' in it, it moves me, whereas this one stays more on a neutral stance in the song. It's also more 'raw', not quite as touching, for me at least.

I do like the instrumental, though. Gives it an own 'voice', not just a mindless copy of the original. Still, the original has the lame power of heart.

  • i like this version more

  • This Is Awesome!!!

  • Zoolander introduced me to this.

  • @InATelescopeLens same here lol

  • @InATelescopeLens what is this? a centre for ants? lmfao

  • @sunsetsbythesea It needs to be at least... 3x bigger than this!!

  • @InATelescopeLens haha lol me too

  • their only good song was "one headlight"

  • This song is depressive.

  • i wish this song was on itunes they just have a different version of it i want this version!!

  • This is my absolute favorite version of this song! (Even though the others are still great.) [:

  • Jakob Dylan, sorry you have such big shoes to fill. Good luck. You'll need it because you have no hope in becoming half the musician you father is. Suck it.

  • @gastastick why would you even find this song and post that comment? Jakob Dylan is an outstanding musician, if all you are going to do is diss him on here, then get off, don't listen to the song, and dont' listen to his music, otherwise shut your ignorant mouth and get the stick out of your gastastick asshole. Whether or not Jakob Dylan is half the musician his father was, he's more renowned in life than you will ever be. especially considering your faulty opinions on musical talent.

  • ZOO LANDER! What's left to ponder?

  • @cassettedebt the fact that you stare at a album cover for 3 minutes and 9 seconds already show ur grade of intelligence :) the jokes on you mate

  • this is the best version i listend to about for song till i found this

  • WHO AM I????? LOL

  • I like this cover....I think the bass is interesting and adds a lot....nice arrangement with a lot of interesting musical touches. I like the original and Faith No More too. But only the recorded Faith No More. The live versions suck.

I don't think many people cover this song because the lyrics are so morbidly self absorbed and painfully adolescent....but these guys pulled it off.

  • ZOOLANDER!

  • i like this version only becasaue i heard it first in zoolander. if i had heard the original i probably wouldve liked it better. my mind just works that way i guess.

  • their on version, not digging it though.

  • Yea, i'm not feeling this cover too much either...

  • I like the Wallflowers, and glad they can identify a masterpiece, but I've still got to pick Robin's version because everytime I hear him sing it I feel a curious sadness; this is an interesting cover, but didn't bring with it any feeling for me.

  • i completely forgot about the wallflowers!!

  • thumbs up if you're searched this after watching Zoolander

  • Good golly miss molly, This version is beautiful!

  • mer-MAN! MER MAN!!!

  • Thanks to Muse for being amazing (I know they played in no part to making this song or video, they are just a spectacular band)

  • I think this cover is way better than the original

  • The intro of this cover is perfection.

  • r.i.p mamm. (F)

  • this version just totally sucks...im a mute and do a better version than this ....garbage..yeah, im very critical, so what

  • @stucker08 wow you're a cunt.

  • WHO AM I?

  • @Schwarzeskreuz Why don't you get back to jerking off to more anime instead of trolling around...

  • @TINML Dude, you've posted some of the funniest responses to trollers. Hilarious, man!

  • @TINML that was funny u told him

  • @TINML hey fella i jerk off to anime.

  • @TINML OMG THAT MAD MY N IGHT hAHAHHAHAHA IK THIS IS OLD BUT ITS HILARIOUS.ANIME IS SO STUPID

  • @Schwarzeskreuz

worse? no, but better than the original..? no. still a nice song

  • 3 words.. FAITH NO MORE!!

  • Matilda: When I was in 7th grade, I was... the fat kid in my class.

    Derek Zoolander: Ew!

I still freekin love that line XD

  • @cassettedebt You see, there's a button on the video player which allows you to disable those.

I suggest you click that and stop telling the world what bothers you.

  • it was pleasant out of all of todays bands songs that was the best i have ever heard even though i know it was not their song it was originally done by the bee gees. it is just todays songs are filled with such bad words that it is nice to hear a song that is not.

  • Better than the original.....my dumb opinion

  • well then i guess you can uhh derrilick my balls, capi-ton.

  • Merman.......MERMAN!!!

  • Bee Gees version is too better♥ This is **** in compares. ¬¬

  • I can derriclick my own balls thank you.

  • This version is sick. Not really feeling faith no more's version. This one is pretty badass tho

  • though bee gees is really talented and his version is very good people who dont like this version should not just negate it. i actually think this version is as good as the original.

  • They sound like they could use some Orange Mocha Frappucinos...

  • I love this.

I can feel love for The Wallflowers by TINML.

And this song suits them very much,I think.

  • not as much as im worried about Gretel

  • @comotoi get pooped on!

  • what a horrible version

  • A center for ants????

  • Good man! - There is also a great version by "Fabrian Goroncy" - search for it ;)

  • @bordertownpub You are right, that version you recommend is EXCELLENT!

  • dood i love the part on zoolander where it has this song

  • is this a joke? @_@

  • Zoolander FTW

  • I LOVE THE WALLFLOWERS!!

  • Mike Patton Kick Assssssssssssssssssssssss

  • I like this version the best. The vocals are strong and mature with a positive feeling. I always went to the Bee Gees version like a moth to a flame. If I focus on the lyrics as whined by the frail sounding Robin BG it is a bothersome testimony to self absorbed adolescent melancholy. If I adjust my ears and take in the song as a whole it is incredibly beautiful and pure. Faith No More sounds like a Vegas Tom Jones impersonator. Well done but not my cup. Great song. Thanks

  • This version isn't horrible, but not near as good as the original or Faith No More's version. I'd have to say I even like FNM's version better than the BeeGees. The wallflowers make it sound a bit boring...something was definately taken away from the song in this one.

  • i actually like this version better than the original

  • @propogandalf same.

  • @comotoi well that's your opinion, just like I feel your parents failed their country by not aborting you.

  • @TINML Thats very mature, but hey got to love you tube and the comment column seems to make brave man out of children.

  • @TINML LMFAO! thats harshhhhhhh

  • @TINML wow real origianal man, you really are a dick, how old are you

  • @TINML looks like two got past the doctor. retards calling other idiots retards lol

    the irony

  • @TINML I love this comment!

  • @TINML Come on.. what is wrong with you. You shouldn't talk to anybody like that. Hope you feel better

  • @TINML
