  • awww poor wee guy!!! ( i got mad at him!!).......

so shoots his dad in head with shot gun...lol

  • Bitch ass kid.

  • it does't make any sense. y weren't we able to hear the sirens of the police or ambulance

  • The recordings start before they pick up the phone

  • can someone please explain to me how if the 911 people are recording this call, how the fuck do we hear the ringing from the calling end????????????????????????????????????????????

  • yeah they shouldnt be asking all these dumbass questions just LOCATION and then they haul ass immediately

  • This is why guns should only be allowed to be held by the police

  • I can't believe the operator chuckeled in the back ground.

  • Straight out of Valencia County, New Mexico.

  • The gun was a gift to the kid and he was allowed to keep it in his room

  • Kid got mad at dad for getting into trouble and shot him in the back of the head in revenge, but then he freaked out when he didnt wake up. This happened in Valencia County, New Mexico.

  • Child: God damn it dad! Go buy me the new Lego I asked for! Dad: No! Child: *Pulls out shotgun* Child: DIE!

  • her voice needs help

  • what

  • People what you have to understand is, a lot of time dispatchers get the address and ask what's going on and automatically send officers/fire/ambulance. Depending on the agency, the person taking the call is NOT always the one dispatching. Sometimes it's necessary to keep the caller on the phone and obtain information and when dealing with a child, you ask questions that may seem off the wall to keep their attention off of whatever trauma they have witnessed. Don't assume WE are waisting time

  • This is pathetic, the boy may aswell be talking to an automated machine.

  • At that age that poor kid had no idea how long forever even is sad too tooo sad this is why all of my kids go hunting and shooting with me before 7yrs old so they understand death. You can blame this society that has removed the dealing with death so far from reality these kids are so lost in this generation. You all abandon your parents to nursing homes and are so dissengaged from dealing with it your kids dont even understand how real death is )o,,,

  • If anyone kills a male, he or she does not deserve to live.

  • What most of you people don't get is that a 911 operator can talk to you and dispatch help at the same time. The spaces where the caller is talking, a dispatcher is talking to someone else. When they key up on the radio the can speak out of their headsets and still listen to the caller. They have to collect info for responding units. The hospital needs to know the kind of ambulance to send and cops need to know the situation or they could arrive and get themselves killed or kill someone else

  • I'm not anymore if these vids saying 911 are about the twin towers or the police number..

  • Did the dad ok?

  • @MisterCritik Nope.

  • I don't think his intention was to murder, he didn't realize the consequences or the reality of death. Kids are reactionary by nature due to inexperience. Don't judge this child, his parents are to blame for having a gun accessible and not educating him on mortality and anger management.

  • how the fuck the dad let the kid get ahold of his gun...gets he got his mistakes

  • hahaha wat the fuck wat a dick head.HE SHOOT HIS DAD IN THE HEAD WITH A SHOT GUN!!! SO DUMB.

  • The boy isnt 11, he's 10! Skip to 3:15 when she asks what age he is

  • @LilJJM1 Jesus christ, you had to wait until 3:15 to know that It's on the first line in the description. Good thing we've got sharp youtubers like you out there letting us know the "truth".

  • This is where i say fuck the saying "guns don't kill people, people kill people" guns make it possible for shit like this to happen!

  • @babydol1892 well if there went guns it'd be bows and arrows or just swords

  • When I was this kid's age I'd always think about running away whenever my Dad (my only parent) hit me or did emotionally abusive things. For example he starved me on several occasions for lying and wouldn't talk to me for days if I did something "bad". If I ever found a gun I would have shot myself to teach him a lesson. I'm 22 now and still think about committing suicide. Anyways, my point is this kid is fucking stupid and doesn't deserve to be out in society.

  • @smpl90s Exactly. You don't kill your parents if you ever want to take revenge on them. You commit suicide to prove a point.

  • @gbatemper123

    nice advice loser

  • Why would they have a shotgun in the house, fully loaded? I'm pretty sure those guns have a safety on it. Anyway, one time shut the door on my dad's finger and I called my counselour, and I was balling like a little baby. I was 14. Imagine how he must feel. My dad was fine after they put it back. This is really sad though.

  • another reason not to have guns in the house

  • This is so sad :(

  • im 11 and i think i would of known last year that shooting my dad in the back of the head would of killed him especially with a shotgun this kid was obviously mentally unstable

  • I don't think the kid really knew just what would happen,he was mad and wanted to get even.- like the dad would wake up later-seemed to have a big anger issue. What was going on in that house!

why didn't the parents have the guns locked up or the ammo put somewhere else.

I think the laughter is the TV

  • Kids are far from 'getting dumber with each generation'... my cousin's youngest son (making that child my second cousin) could use the DVD by himself when he was 1 1/2 just fine. His other older child is 3 now and he knows how to use Daddy's iPhone all by HIMself. When I was 5 I had our address memorized thanks to my mother... This kid is 10, has shot his dad in the head, and DOES NOT KNOW HIS OWN ADDRESS WITHOUT CHECKING? ALL KIDS aren't stupid... BUT THIS ONE IS FOR SURE!

  • a terrorist!!!

  • Laughter in the background at 1:11 ? Creepy.

  • @Applefritters123456 Might be his little sister... I think she's only 6 or something and chances are doesn't realize what's going on here... (And I'm SURE that's NOT what she's laughin at if there is even laughter, this is kinda hard to hear >_<)

  • kids get dumber by the generation

  • can someone please explain what's he saying?

  • THIS JUST DOES NOT MAKE SENCE

  • he might have been abused thats how he acts.

  • rednecks

  • i like how da cop wont give...whats da adress? Hes just 10 years old

  • hey dad, the chick on the phone wants to talk to you.....wait.....

  • @misheardanimefreak hahahah

  • ENJOY GETTING RAPED IN THE SEVERAL ORHANAGE HOMES YOU'LL END UP IN DUMB A$SHOLE KID

    GG

  • He had been a victim of abuse and child services had been to the home 9 x's but no one intervene because there were no bruises on him.The mother was separated from the dad and had complained of abuse on her kids.Ben complained of abuse, but no one helped. The dad also beat the mom in the past. Ben is standing trial for murder in the first. The state didn't help this boy and now they wants him go to jail for 25+ years. He would be 35 when he gets out. Shooting him would be kinder fate.So sad.

  • how did anyone understand anything the boy said?!???

  • I'm not saying that he didn't kill his father...but why would he shoot his father and then call the authories?

  • If you guys want to have a conversation, add each other on Messenger. Comments aren't for full length 'How -do-you-do's" Jeeez.

  • Honestly I feel that the 911 emergency operators waste too much time asking all of those unneccesary questions. When someone calls for an emergency, especially when it's a case like this, the only question that they need to ask is "LOCATION" and haul ass immediately!!!

  • @MsFuckahater what you are not understanding is that after they have gotten the address they have dispatched the ambulance or whoever to the scene. as for the additional questions these are being asked to update the people who are already on there way to help so they have an idea of what has happened. and also to ensure to the person on the phone that help is on the way and to keep them calm.. some plp need to be educated a bit and not so quick to judge . just saying

  • @MsFuckahater They usually have the address as soon as the call comes in and people are on their way. They ask to verify in case there is a mistake. They also need to know if the scene is safe for paramedics. They also need to know if police or fire dept is needed too. They are getting as much info as they can before rescue gets there but they are in route while the questions are being asked.

  • @MsFuckahater she did do that.. she asks the questions after she finds out the location..

  • @MsFuckahater most of the time when its someone admitting to murder over the phone, the operator trys to prolong the conversation after they have the adress so that the person is less likely to triy and run.

  • @MsFuckahater You know, I asked our 911 operator just that question, she said that the officers are actually already on alert or can hear the calls as they come in and are often headed in the direction of the emergency even before the call ends. Im in the Pacific NW.

  • @MsFuckahater

The first thing she did was ask for the address. They then dispatch police, and stay on the line and keep asking questions to try to calm the person on the other line and keep them at the location.

  • @MsFuckahater Uh, they dispatch the ambulance right away and they ask the other questions as they are on their way. They type the information so that teh police arriving on teh scenes ahve crucial information, such as -wear the gun or the shooter is.

  • and what was the boys dad doing placing a shot gun in a closet it should be keep high away and looked form kids

  • she is trying to get people to attend the sean what more can she do

  • blame grand theft auto

  • @eLp3LoN13 TRUE DAT TRUE DAT

  • poor kid, such a young kid, TAKES A SOUL OFF THE FACE OF THE PLANET. I hope god helps him.

  • I don't get how they had this call recorded before it even reached 911 it was being recorded through the boys end sounds weird to me

  • @Cheddar323 calls automatically start recording once you dial 911 until both ends hang up

  • I dont think the dispatcher did a very good job at keeping the poor boy comforted. she's talking to everyone else except him.

  • This is the problem with guns, little kids see people using them and don't realise what it is they actually do...

Poor kid sounds so scared, his dad should have kept the gun WELL out of reach.

  • @underscore12 ...the gun???? it wasn't the gun, it was the person. a gun is useless until someone uses it.this is not a problem with guns...its a problem with american culture.......

  • @nyhardcore18 THANK YOU

  • @nyhardcore18 Actually a gun is still a dangerous weapon that children will at times want to play with because of media or whatnot. In this case he got angry at his dad. The gun tempted him to shoot him. If there were no gun then his dad would not be dying on the floor. I doubt this kid would throw a hammer at him.

  • @HikaruYamamoto yes..you're rite.the gun looked at him and said "do it kid"..no .yes the gun is a dangerous weapon. but its always been a dangerous weapon.but kids have not always been killing their parents, and other kids.so...whats changed? society. like i said before.its not the gun, its the shooter.obviously this kid had some serious fucking issues.as americans we have the right to have guns.from birth, that right is given to us.the guy should have taken better care of where he kept his gun

  • @HikaruYamamoto and also taken more time to know his son, because obviously there was something wrong, that was not addressed.this is a generation raised by the TV and the Internet. and parents think as long as their occupied and behaving its OK not to pay attention to them.their is no such thing as a family anymore, and that's the problem. not guns.as an american, i exercise my right to own guns, and i also have a niece and a nephew , i have not one ever worried about my guns "tempting" them.

  • @nyhardcore18 It is the combination of bad parenting a troubled child... and the fact there is a gun in reach. Its really not that hard to understand the situation. Society has nothing to do with it otherwise we would hear this kind of crap all the time happening everywhere.

  • @HikaruYamamoto ..we do, and it does.just turn on the fucking news.shit like this happens every fucking day.the american media feeds on tragedy.the fact that there is a situation combining Bad parenting, troubled kids, and a gun in reach is proof that society has everything to do with this...guns are NOT and have not ever and will never be the problem.a gun can't load itself, cock itself, jump into someones hand pick someone out and shit by itself.

  • @nyhardcore18 lol out of millions of people living in the USA how many times is it on the news? Once a day? That number is low it doesn't count. Not locking up a gun IS A PROBLEM! Children are not responsible enough to handle one on their own. This shit happens otherwise.

  • @HikaruYamamoto ...woooh i never said anything about not licking up guns.my guns are in a fort fucking knox.and i also never said anything about children handling guns.all i was saying is that guns are not the problem

  • @nyhardcore18 same way I never said guns are the problem.

  • @HikaruYamamoto ..but you did.you said the gun temped them..

  • @nyhardcore18 thats not saying its the gun's fault O.o an unlocked up gun is more tempting to shoot than a gun locked away and not seen. Had the gun been locked away the kid might of had a chance to think more rationally if he went to go get the gun to shoot his dad. Instead of point and squeeze. People are much more likely to do irrational things in the heat of the moment.

  • saddest thing in the world. I feel for the family. God Bless them both.

  • did he go to jail i know he killed his dad but hes 10

  • @Cuteamber363 no hes probebly not im pretty positive

  • really if no one cares what i think then they wouldve disabled adding comments faggot

  • It's called America and giving citizens guns

    that's why it happened

  • u guys are a bunch of dumbasses this is fake

  • @chevroletking247 no one cares what you think

  • @chevroletking247 Thats false, It was on the news bud.

  • lord what happing to gun safe's

  • How tragic. Something odd, did anyone notice the laughter as soon as his head's bleeding in the back at 1:11 and then at 1:46 it sounds like "Hurry up". Very disturbing.

  • @Rottenriguez It was audio from the dispatchers office.. not from the boy's home.

  • this video made me cry. a big fuck you to all the assholes who made a joke out of this...

  • ANYTHING and I mean absolutely ANYTHING a child does, I blame their parents (and/or environment). 90% parents 10% environment. Parents are responsible for what environment their child is in anyway.

  • He shot him cuz he got caught workin his crank...but in all seriousness the kid probably didnt have to shoot his dad if he had a problem.

  • Don't you hear the pain in his voice? The terror?

He was angry at his father, and he is 10 years old.

He doesnt know how to properly channel his emotions or his anger.

He lives in a world saturated with violent media.

He made a terrible choice that I doubt he comprehended, and he is going to have to pay for it for the rest of his life.

This video just makes me feel sad that this is the moment when this kid lost his father, and his childhood.

  • Why the hell was there a shotgun there in the first place? If the home was weapon-free, that child wouldn't have shot his dad. And it's not normally customary for kids to be taught how to use weapons safely, because they're too young to handle weapons at all. If anyone is to blame, it's the parents, for allowing the child access to weapons in the first place.

  • This child should not have had access to a gun it's not about gun safety being taught to children or about being raised right ten year olds do not always understand the conseqences of thier actions and he should have never had access to it

  • WOW....This kid has major problems

  • wtf i cant stand shit .. put on some damn SUBTITLES ..

  • Why would a 10 year old kid shoot his dad in the head?!? This kid has some serious issues. Imagine what he'll do when he gets rejected by a girl.

  • Comment removed

  • @oxoxemo4evaxoxo You don't get it??? If he asks a girl that he likes out and she says no.

  • Comment removed

  • @oxoxemo4evaxoxo U DIDNT GET IT WOW

  • @otisahmed w/e

  • @danyandmarc

    he didnt get his halo

  • @danyandmarc correction 11 years old

  • @danyandmarc He could of been abused or just overly aggressive

  • @FritoLays1236 Still no excuse.

  • @danyandmarc you'll never know. there are some killer parents. what if his dad was one

  • Unless its child abuse then that would be WRONG.

  • This is sooo fake, its recording while ringing pmsl

  • @ZOE8406 . thats what i thought as well but i typed in his name and the full story is there 2 read.. so yea this is real not fake..."

  • @ZOE8406 911 calls begin recording when the # is dialed...do your homework

  • sounds fake

  • @blazeablunt4200 . thats what i thought as well but i typed in his name and the full story is there 2 read.. so yea this is real not fake..."

  • omg this kid did not know what he did this is why you keep guns locked away from kids that kid isnt a hard core killer

  • @businessventure2012 Do you lock away your knives etc???

Please, it's all about how you are raised and about teaching your kids proper gun safety. For a kid to aim a gun at his own parent and pull the trigger is not a normal occurance....the kid obviously has some issues.

  • Yeah it used to be so much harder...O.o

  • dude....why would you do that?

  • BOOM! headshot! dont play with daddys guns little bastard!

  • U know what if ur dad fuckin molested u i guess u would love it huh! ? Dont be talkin about a lil INNOCENT 10 yr old boy who was defending himself n his lil bro n sister bastard!......to king of chaos213

  • Soo his dad molested him? hmmm thats the first time i've heard of that being involved, i heard he did it because he was angry at his dad, which is a sick reason to kill your own dad so shut up.

  • Ya well thats why u shouldnt believe the damn news. they never know the whole story. This little boy ur talking about is my little cousin and theres so much more to the story than what has been put out there.

  • who posted this... how did you get it?

  • why should be a gun in a closet and so easily accessible for a 10 year old boy ?! Are these people stupid or something ?

  • This is why I am not going to keep any guns in my house when I get a family. I think I black belt and some knife defense training will suffice (I'm working on it). Fuck guns. Ruined the whole fucking world.

  • Totally agreed. Killing people is too damn easy these days...

  • but then you could argue that it's easy to do, but not easy to get away with, what with all the forensic science.

  • @scorchinbeats Ya back in the day withotu machien guns it was like kill 6 kids, RELOAD, kill 6 more RELOAD XD

  • very much so lol

  • @velvetbc well his dad doesn't have a brain obviously so yep they're dumb

  • @velvetbc hey ben used to be one of my good friends hes very smart and he didnt mean to do it he said he got so angry at him

  • @velvetbc well....the dads not just stupid for leaving a loaded shotgun on the closet floor...he's dead,

  • @velvetbc No, even if he did hide it. The LAST thing on your mind would be "Ohh, my kids might kill me"

  • I just watched this on Nancy Grace, even Nancy doesn't believe this child really fully knew the consequences of what he did. This 911 operator should've already known the address as soon as this child called instead of badgering him for it! Seems like she took forever to finally notify EMS and police. I know she needed facts, but she seemed very cold hearted in my opinion.

  • Many 911 systems don't have caller ID.

  • @jaxotto2

1.I wouldn't believed that if i was that operator,There is lot of kids doing that shit prank calls and stuff

2.I would just check the kid for infos and if kid is fucked and stuff i would notify...

  • Yeah I guess you're right. I guess it would be hard to tell at first if he was actually serious or not. However, once she realized it wasn't a prank she still seemed cold hearted, but I guess she's not paid to be compassionate.

  • it was a 10 year old
