1. She wanted the upperhand with Stefan and Damon.

2. Because she knew Klaus needed a vampire to break the curse. She only had the doppleganger, the moonstone, the werewolf and the witch. She was going to exchange them for her freedom.

When Tyler was driving with Matt and Caroline, he hit something, and Caroline had eternal (inside her body) bleeds, damon fed her his blood to save her.

I don't know why but in german television they cut the scene from 0:36 - 0:40. PLUS the parts of where damon killed jeremy in this episode.. WHAT THE HELL; GERMANY?? what the hell..

luckily I watched the original eps, too.. but seriously.. by cutting these scenes I didn't get the same feeling.. when I watched the original ep. I got goosebumps and was really shocked.. :OOO
