The way the bass is in the same midrange as an electric metal guitar, the whole verse chorus bridge etc. is not present in a dubstep song's structure. Plus, this has no dub influences at all, which is one of the main features of dubstep. Dub comes from Reggae, 2-step comes from UK Garage. Dubstep is a fusion of developed UK Garage and Reggae basically. This song simply fits no genre. That's why Sonny is good, he doesn't follow the rules :)
