In no way the wind was a significant factor in this crash. Stupidity, a poor takeoff angle (and piss poor planning), and too much speed were the causes of his crash. In other words: he fucked everything up that could be fucked up. Fool.

HE WAS LAID TO REST @ PARADISE MEMORIAL GARDENS IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA . . . he flat landed on pavement from 55 ft high. His trachea was crushed and he suffered many other internal injuries. Paramedics began transporting him back to Las Vegas in the ambulance, then transferred him to a flight for life helicopter just off the highway. He died in the helicopter while in route to the hospital.

i was there when that happened. it was in mosquite nv. he didnt want to the jump because of the wind and the hotel made him do it because of his cantract and all the people that had come to see it. at the time it was the highest jump ever attemted. he died when he ate the handle bars with his neck. it didnt kill him instantly it took a few minutes of him choking on his own blood. terrible wreck, i wouldnt call it an accident.
