A way to do the "windmill" is actually the straight way instead of moving around from behind. Mmm.. like creating a full circle with your hands and keeping both arms in front making sure it doesn't go behind you back

You made a little mistake. Mikuru puts her hands on her heart and Nagato puts her hands on her shoulders. Great tutorial anyway. Your descriptions of the different dance moves makes it easier to remember them, especially the fight and present parts.

So, on that windmill you were confused about...

Start position, with forearms as an equals sign (=)

Split arms, L arm going up and R arm going down

L arm goes up to L and R arm goes down to R

Rotate, L arm going down + R arm going up

Then push.

It looks complicated, but it's actually really simple. Both arms aren't windmilling, rather each one does 2/3 a circle in opposite directions.
