6:30 PM? Why would they air a kids' show during prime time? That seems a little odd.

TVO is a public broadcasting station, so they don't really have a prime time. Family shows were aired up until 8pm.

Come to think of it, in the 70s, kids shows like Partridge Family and Brady Bunch aired around 8pm.
