This technique is often know as "pinning the bag". It is an A+ training tool that teaches the knock out punch" quick, explosive, accurate and in balance". Unfortunately there are not many knowledgeable teachers like the Punching Professor that teach this craft.

Good Vid, I recommended  this vid for some dude I 've been kinda arguing with here on youtube. He did a vid telling somebody I know he was gonna kick their ass, and posted a Boxing training vid, It was a bad Joke. anyhow , great technique, would love to get back to the GYM

I see you like the Elbows Traps... On the same day I made this video I mist the bag and hit my left elbow on the swivel .. If you notice in the videos, I am not Blasting any left hands which is usually my best punch... Its still painful now a week later..

I been doing good....

I have been busy in Training Camps ! ! !

Not my Speed Bag, and I dont like the swivel much... I guess its about a 6X9 ...

Century Equipment is mostly good stuff, but for me they want to many $ $ $ for it.... Everlast is simular... If they give it to me for free I would use it more often ...

Latley I have had some of my equipment custom made, and I am very satisfied with it.... I hope all is well with you ..
