For those of you who don't "get it," the so-called "It's Man" is a running gag on the show because many episodes start off with him doing something like crossing half a lake just to introduce the show by saying his one and only line: "It's...." and then the main titles commence. Usually at the end of these episodes, the It's Man is forced to return the same way he came at the beginning. It's just something that is more funny when in context.
