Why do like all Norwegians watching the video feel embarrassed? There is no need for you to do so. This lady's mother tounge is Norwegian not English so it's obvious that she won't have a perfect accent. Come on, enjoy the interview instead :)

I don't think the interviewer's English is "terrible". She has an accent, but she can be understood. It's just fascinating how easy it is to criticise someone's accent! Most of the time it comes from monolingual people, it's pretty funny...
