This is really unoriginal. It sounds so much like the Steve Winwood version, with the intro being a drum beat and the chorus sounding really fast paced like the Winwood version. At least James Vincent McMorrow's version of it was acoustic with the only instrument being a piano, being so different to the original you wouldn't even recognize it as the song Higher Love. This is unoriginal as fuck. He puts no effort in to make covers of songs different, like most cover artist.
