Find that nice median between your chest and head register. The best way to do this is to do swoop scales. That way you can pin point your precise breaking point. Then practice your head register so when you need to go up into it, the listeners cant tell. You have a gorgeous voice though. but your chest is so much more powerful than your head now so its noticeable especially when you need to go up into it for one note or one word. Either that or dim down your chest register so it matches. :)
