lol viki is in every single suikoden... i still havent figured out why yet, other than she teleports from place to place. well i dont really care though shes like the most usefull chara in suikoden IV because you dont have to travel at sea so much XD.

the reason is her ability to teleport when she do mistake she sometime teleport in time that why in suikoden 4 i think you have young and old viki but she really is just clumsy that all

At the end of every suikoden game Viki accidently teleports to the beginning of the next game. So at the end of 1 she teleports instantly to when 2 begins and so on. At the end of 3 she actually teleports back in time to the beginning of when 4 takes place.

the animation for all the old suikodens was always so fabulous... with the same animators some of the suikodens would be amazing as movies. i wish they brought the Gaidens here, maybe as one giant game? it might tie up some loose ends between 2&3.
