The defendant is the victim here. But it's hard to respect her when she didn't cut her loses and file for divorce the day she found out. Personally, if we were to play the blame game. I would've put it on the defendant's husband. The wildes of a third party is not an excuse. Should you find that you are interested in another enough to break the covenants of your relationship, then why not break it up with the one you're bounded to and take that leap of faith with the new person. While one can blame the plaintiff for allowing herself to be in an affair, the responsibility lies with the member of the partnership.
