It would have been interesting to go even deeper into the matter at hand.

The opening graphics look great but felt separate from the rest of the video. It almost felt like I was watching 2 entirely different videos. As impressed as I was I didnt really understand the need for the graphics except to gain points. If graphics are to be used it would be best that the style chosen match the over all esthetics and is used through out the video.

Overall the video was done quite well. For a student project this video is above and beyond! It was shot well, the audio was mixed properly and the editing was great. The highlight of the video were the interviews, they were very engaging and worked well with the overall script. Well done!

Of course there is always room for improvement and below are the areas that can be improved.

While the interviews and script were done well it felt like it was repeating the same point.

I take your point. I think the narrator has done a great job and I believe he has a local people in Hong Kong. You can certainly not expect a very great performance from him or even a native voice from him. It is arguable that even some local celebrities in Hong Kong speak English with some so-called Hong Kong ascent, say chief executive Donald Tsang. He occasionally speaks Cantonese English or in an even worse case, for instance, HAKAN CHAN: we will try our breast.

Do not blame at the narrator, he is only a secondary student who is not from a very famous college in Hong Kong. Bear in your mind that this is only a production team from a college and they are not programs from TVB Pearl or National Geographic Channel. All the narrators are well-paid by those mass media. Thats why they produce high standard video with nearly perfect narration. For a secondary student, I am convinced that you should use a suitable parameter to judge the performance of him.

im interested in knowing what school you are in, and does the camera belong to your school?

We are WoW Production from Immanuel Lutheran College (in Tai Po).

The video camera used in this video production is only an amateur stuff, JVC Everio HD-7 (Discontinued).

We tried to improve the video quality by adjusting color tone, white balance, gamma level, contrast and pro amp level etc. of the raw clips in the post production. In addition, the sound was also be processed with noise reduction, equalization and high/low cut filtration etc.

Frankly speaking, from his inflation and clear voice, Im convinced that the narrator really makes effort in this documentary and all in all, this is a great documentary.

I am sorry that I cannot agree with you, derek528. As a secondary student, I think everyone in the Production team has tried their very best to take active participation in taking this documentary, even the narrator. The narrator has tried his very best to perform well although there is some room for improvement. Well, you know, the narrator is not native English speaker, how can he be expected to speak fluent English and pronounce every word flawlessly with no single mistake?
