OK, so you can make Hydrogen. Now, how do you capture and store it? How do you do something useful with it? I have heard that Hydrogen is very difficult to store. It is such a light and tiny molucule that it tends to escape any container.
Take a bath in pure distilled water. Then drop a plugged in radio into the water with you. If you are still alive;Let me know if pure water conducts electricity.

V=IR volts = amps times resistance.

100% pure water is what we here on earth call an insulator
and if im not wrong you are using brute force in witch will cause no reaction of that scale
unless your using what Steve myers used witch I think not
you may have added water but the residue still resides in your system or else it would not work
