Alright. We all know that you can build a car to go just as fast as a Veyron. But here's the thing. How long will it last? The Bugatti Veyron was built to do max speed runs 30 times in one day, and still run strong. Any other car after 3 or 4 launches, its had enough. Either that or something ends up breaking. Not to mention, the Bugatti Veyron is rare. You can see Supras and GT-Rs all day. But how many Veyrons do you see? They don't call the Veyron "The Holy Grale Of engineering" for nothing.
The Bugatti is just a marvel of engineering. I'm just any person who adores cars can respect and appreciate such a vehicle especially since it was designed to be the fastest production car available. Compared to it's racing counterparts this car is designed to go 200+ but at the same time rack up 100k miles on over it's life time... and be street legal. That takes some serious engineering to accomplish.
My 65 Falcon dragster smokes both these turds. The guy I bought it from spent over fifty-thousand to get it to run mid-eights! I bought it from him for twenty-two k. He was desperate to sell. I have run 9.2 so far on the quarter and I can tell it has a little bit more to give. Those Mickeys on the back can sure put the power down!!!!! It's all about traction people.

If this were 10-15 years ago, you would be making fun of how impractical the McLaren F1 was.

In my opinion launch control is a gimmick. No one is using that in a street race at the drop of a hat. Not even a GTR owner. Therefore, I could actually take both cars with my 11 second supercharged car.

I'm sure if it had a better driver that can actually USE the launch control properly, it'd make a faster time. I have a gtr, but if i had the chance to get a veryon. Exactly...why would you want to go speed as you asked. If there is no place for you to go 200+mph, then you basically have a large ass sports car with no place to play with it unless you rent an airfield. How old are you?
