You gotta love when Marvel spoils it's own books like putting out the Dark Avengers annual and Who Will Wield the Shield before Reborn 6. epic fail, marvel.
cap should not have returned. It is why i stopped reading marvel. I was a big fan till they turned into one contreived plot twist after the next. Why bring back Bucky. it is just a mess.
Honestly I think Captain America should have stayed dead, and not because he is a bad character but because I think it was such a monumental event in Civil War that it almost destroys what that event worked so hard to get towards. Bringing him back just to wrap this event up seems kind of lazy and uncreative.
Hated one thing about this issue. Bendis takes a character he should know, as he created her, and goes totally out of character with her (I know that sounds stupid). This is a character, Jessica Jones, who has fought tooth and nail against returning to her "super hero" roots. She hated being a super-hero. Her husband and child were in trouble and she doesn't return to the costume. But now, with Clint in trouble she not only dons the suit, she is wanting to return to hero'sim? Bad turn of events

Yeah, Casino Royal was the first thing I thought of reading this issue too. And that last page of Cap "rocking" the old uniform made me smile.

We;ll see if the Red Skull is Steve Rogers in those appearances post Reborn. That's the only thing I can think of as to why they did it to us again.

New Avengers Annual #3 was lame and not worth the price.
The Steve Rogers ending was cheesy too.
The only part that was good was the beginning. (first 10 pages) After that issue goes down hill
