Nice talk with some great points: Energy built on conflict may generate initial energy but it's not sustainable over time.
People have used conflict as a way of holding attention for a long time, but it's really contrast that interests people.
Put yourself at the center and make yourself vulnerable. Then explore the differences, let people know those differences are welcome.
It's the difference between presenting information and running a room.
