  • 如果怕苦味的话,西洋参可以不加。就单单用水梨,南北杏,蜜枣来­炖煮,最后加点冰糖来调味就是一道很润喉润肺, 香港人爱喝的糖水了。

    雪蛤母的比较滋阴,但比公的贵很多。就如节目上所说,用白木耳有­异曲同工之妙,毕竟吃的就是其中的胶原蛋白。
