This is simply wanting to complain about something. Complaining apparantly makes one feel better about oneself, by pointing out the faults of others, even if they are not there. Nowhere in that ad was there any indication that the speedwalker or the act of speedwalking is gay. It is simply displayed as non-masculine. In fact, the people getting this banned are effectively saying that offending a speedwalker is an insult towards gays, and thus classify speedwalking as gay. Hypocrisy, anyone?

They knew the effects of televised manipulation and distortion of events - it can cut both ways. The ASA didn't investigate at all.
