So i can just splice my rear speaker wires into this and connect it to the mx-2, then connect the rca's to the amp that to a subwoofer and it would work?
I have a ford ranger with no after market radio i have a high/low adaptor ( that makes it where i can put rca's up to it) but i want to keep all my speakers working could i just cut in to my rear speaker wire and tie in the adaptor and it will still work or do i have to use the tapping skill.
@FourthBattalion Connect the remote (REM IN) terminal to the radio output wire that provides a +12 volt output when the radio is on and 0 volts when the radio is off. If the radio does not have a +12 volt output, do not use this terminal.
Yes, you can disconnect the speaker wires from your speakers that are being powered by your factory headunit and connect those wires to the MX-2. It is the same as connecting directly from the outputs of the factory radio.
you guys do well by the audio community. helped me out more than once.

@dkh100 Yes, you can simply tap in while leaving the factory wire connected.

How come you can't use 1 four channel amp and one mono block amp with this product? Or can you?

I would recommend the MX-1 for the application you describe.

hey i have a question about the high level input of my amp, would that be the same as the wires out of my speakers directly into my amp???
