Yes God is God and He is more than we can comprehend, but that does not make us worthless or useless, Jesus made these two statements: "I have come so that you my have life in ALL its fullness" and: "why do you call me master? A slave knows not what his master is about but you know me and I now call you friend" These are two VERY powerful statements. Call out to Jesus and you can stand NEXT to God.

Not trying to sound like a wise ass here, but I legitimately don't understand if God is so good and powerful, why would he create people who could question him that he would then throw into hell. Wouldn't a perfect God not want to send people into eternal suffering? I know that you can claim that it's the devil that gets people to question God, but why would God create an angel that would question him in the first place? He seems more like a human king than an omni-anything being.

God does not make brainwashed thinkers or robots.faith is from belief, which comes from a guilty conscience when young, or fear of death, eternal hell,etc., and the need of peace with God who they see in the ceation design/ order /purposer of things, ie the sun is the right distance from earth for life to exist etc.hence to question this God is to fall into sin,guilt and condemnation because unbelief is based on a lie and not truth.God is just and merciful as we see in Jesus death in our place

@bibliosca "many are called but few are chosen" I believe God calls every human in many different ways and His choice is based on our attitudes. Romans deals with some of this and the sermon on the mount also speaks of the beatitudes, The attitudes of the heart, how a person chooses to treat others and the law of God in their minds. I do what I do not want to do, therefore in my mind I agree that God is right and prove that He is not a liar. God calls us to the cross prepared b4 the earth was.

@actressalert13 I believe we have a choice while we're on this earth. Imagine what it would be like if we went with Lucifer's idea of forcing everyone to be good, and never have a choice or anything. THAT would be hell. There's a lot of things i don't understand about this life or about God, but I believe that He IS a good, wonderful being, and I just need to try my best.. :) p.s. why would a "perfect" God want eternal suffering for others? he doesn't make us choose wrong. Seas would boil away - Wrong, again, if it boils, clouds form, which help reduce temperature. System stays balanced.

Also, look up the "Anthropic principle". It says that if you are a conscious being observing a universe, you will notice it's fine-tuned for your existence. If it weren't fine-tuned for the existence of intelligent life, there would be noone to notice that!

religion has been looked into by scientists to see if factual evidence supports a claim for truth of an event or truth of a teaching as agrees with reality.

archaeology does support the bible in the smallest detail.the dates in the bible match the date on the walls of the temple of the pyramids in egypt etc. or where paul preached in cyprus or athens, or the babylonian clay tablets etc [ see my videos on ` archaeology proves the bible ` ].other religions offer no hope of eternal happiness
