Just for the record, yes. The equipment doesn't prove that murder had been commited, it rather proves that surgical procedures were carried out in the house.

Its whats known as circumstantial evidence. The 8 witnesses that have since gone missing would be "hard" evidence. I'm sure one or two of the witnesses will be found. :))

What was medical equipment doing in such a remote area? The excuse that your family member gave birth would not explain the substantial blood loss that left a square representing the operating table. Too much blood for a delivery. I know, I have been a nurse for 9 years :))

As far as I know, the people in that area can't afford such medical equipment ,not now and not then.
