People have to understand that some of lakewoods streets are rough and I Think the officer was trying not to tear up the car and at 530 am rush hour here really dont start til 7ish he just drove to slow to catch him
Um, I don't think this officer was even trying to catch them. Judging by the rate of the speed of the lane dividers seen in the video it looked like he was doing 80 mph at best. Don't know why he/she didn't pursue faster. Music was hilarious.

The sad fact is that this is a mid-size American city, (Cleveland and surrounding area), with a substantial population. Once a criminal is pulled over, they almost always head east to Cleveland, where they more then likely came from, and once they make that manuever it becomes harder to catch them due to a complete lack of Cleveland police. Underfunded and virtually unmanned Cleveland is becoming the wild west and the adjoining cities are suffering.
Lakewood cops are too scared to get involved in something like that. They're better off sticking with busting teens for having parties and getting high with each other.
