do what he did but have a 1 block hole at gun firing level and then afk as long as it pulls agro (have to leave a block out on the opposite side to connect the water) then when you come back you will have a nice swarm fire thru the hole break it loot and repeat

The air glitch was fixed, but make a wall up to the surface behind you and in front of you, use a bucket to dump the water from the section behind you until it's lower, then make the same hook shape, but dump the water into the lowered ocean behind you. You end up with an air pocket but it is harder to make. Bring flippers... Or you're screwed..

another way you can farm for sharks is by building a small hut on the ocean's surface and make the floor wooden platforms. build yourself a small, artificial pool hovering a ways above the floor and just stand in it. the sharks will jump out of the water and into your hut, allowing you to kill them safely. this works because they are programmed to attack you when you are standing in water. so you don't have to worry about going to them. they'll come to you.

Oh if ppl will complain about my weekly events. This could be possible to be disabled too :D so both of the kind of the community will be happy (so you can choose which event happen every week (of course it will be random, u will only enable it or disable) and it will not be possible to enable less than 5 (for balance purpose, or else ppl will enable only gobling invasion week to farm, get items whatsoever.

Lol great.... btw for me legit is when I don't use any third party program. so glitches im fine with.... Although I do use map viewer just for pixel art projects but I do in a way that isn't "cheating". Lol I just make a copy of the save and back it up and use another copy of the save so that the original was never changed therefor was never hacked ;D but thats just me. I never feel good when I don't play legit. But the way I do is more legit to me.

I have a suggestion to terraria ( Will post in forums, etc depending on the votes ) : What about weekly events? like @cobraremix , Shark week. Examples :

Shark week : Increases Sharks Spawn

Goblin Week : Increases the chance of a goblin invasion by like 5~15% (between these numbers)

Meteor Week : Have a chance to randomly drop a meteor (like 1% or more)

Zombie week : Strong zombies.

Something like that (i still have alot of ideas xD but there is no space :P)

i dont really see the point of farming sharks to be honest, once you get a diving helmet then you dont really need to farm them because hunter potions dont really help because you can hear enemys
