Looks like your doing good work, but you should really get some sort of shop crane even if its only an A frame so you don't have to flip it by hand and then you can also get it up off the floor. Will make the work easier and will help your body last longer, remeber safety first! Also please for the love of god tell me your using flux core wire which it would apear your not, far far better penetration, mig is only good for low stress applications.

Those sand paper wheels are the best thing Ive ever used to remove rust and paint. But it sucks when they come to an end and  have to change them.

@MrKitty1995 I find 3M bristle discs even better, especially when you have to remove whatever but you don't want to damage the surface... like a machined surface for example... or if you want to polish a tool or die. Takes off the rust while polishing at the same time... Give those a try..... Ohh just be careful around protrusions (locating pins etc.) as they can knock of bristles and at the speed the grinder is spinning... fucking ouch! ..or ouch to anyone nearby lol

@mrbobsshow They are a great unit, I just picked a 252 with the dual metal/tank option (swaps out the one tank supports in the back to hold dual gas) for welding alum. and steel. Also have both whips hooked up so all I have to do is switch from one to the other.

When you're ready to flip it just drag it back as far as you can and chain it to the lift, then use it to pick the trailer up from the side, slide it over and let the other side of the lift set it back down, you and BAM should be able to do that.
