I love jja jang myun. Fortunately there is a big Korean population here in Lakewood/Tacoma area in Washington. I never had the Chinese version. I would like to try it though to compare the two.
Is It Okay If I Use Corn Starch Instead Of Potato Starch And If I Dont Use Pork Belly? Cuz My Friend's Vegetarian... But I Reeeeallly Want Her To Try it. ^^
@SKxLucky1314 I recommend using flour instead of potato starch. If you don't use pork belly, just use vegetables. But, try to make really rich vegetarian broth and use it instead..If your cuz eats fish you can use seafood and fish broth instead. Shrimp and squid go well with this. Hope this helps :)
the last part is freakin hilarious!hahahaha
