We had a mini Ice age back in the 1800’s that previous to, the British Isles were considered to be wine growing area, where today it is not. What we absolutely know about climate patters is that they happen and there is nothing we can do to stop it. We have several examples of drought followed by flood in our own climate history. The entire global warming hoax is part of the globalist agenda. How much of it has to be proved to be wrong before people will wake up.

There was no mini ice age in the 1800s. That's a common misconception which climate-change-deniers have used to cloud the issue (congrats on your unpaid work for hugely rich global polluters). In London, for example, the Thames was so full of crap that the river barely moved & so froze in the winter. This was typical of big cities across the western world at that time.

Back in the 1970s & 80s governments refused to listen to the climate-change warnings. Some global conspiracy!

@geffel In the 70’s it was a hole in the ozone that was supposed to have us all cooked by radiation from space by now. Believe it or not, they also were concerned about global cooling that they said they had loads of irrefutable science to support. In every case, the reality was that it was done as a money making scheme, just like this is for the redistribution of wealth people. Like it or not, there are many scientists that dispute how much impact humans have had on the issue.

Just one point of view? There is only one. We are not causing but heavily contributing to the desertification of land(like where I live) and its acceleration. This is apparent to anyone that studies this and doesn't just repeat what they hear from the news. Yes, the Earth goes through cycles of cooling and heating, but the point is that we are making it happen fast. I'm glad we aren't like the sheep from animal farm, that simply repeating a term over and over again it becomes a respected thing.

I think it's a step in the right direction that they at least now admit there's more CO2 in the environment. There's a "hockey stick" graph showing that levels of CO2 in the atmosphere began rising sharply during the industrial revolution. It's basically a flat line until the industrial revolution, then it turns like a hockey stick and goes almost straight up.
