  • This is a convenient way for moms to exercise. They can do this in their own living room. The same thing with the workout routine at 7minute.org but it only requires a short period of time.

  • i did an exercise like this when i was 19 and was left with loose skin just above my belly button. it just folds into an angry looking wrinkle or deep line.. i have been trying to get rid of that skin/wrinkle for the past 5 years but it's still there.. so may be i wasn't as lean as this guy, had a bit of belly fat, i still have some belly fat and may be it had to do with my skin elasticity

    but i'm afraid to try this exercise.. just be careful girls...

  • @vayn2404: These yogic exercises achieve much more than "muscle workouts"; they actually massage and exercise the internal organs and stimulate various glands, something that workouts with dumbbells or barbells cannot achieve. How these things look visually is less important than what they achieve. Unfortunately, the idea of fitness in some cultures is to preen oneself inside mirror-filled gyms and to look pretty all the time. Check out yoga kriyas like nauli and uddiyana bandha for more info.

  • Believe me I have been doing this movement now for just over a week and I can see improvements already!

    This combined with proper eating will work wonders!
