I would love to know what osho thought of wikipedia - the free encylopedia, because yes, in his video 'selling bliss', he says that people need a price to tell them the value of something

@prdunj the difference between Osho and all the people who followed him, was most of it..the true experience of beeing enlightenend, everything he said tried to explain what it feels like, but none of the words writen or said could replace the EXPERIENCE...so DO the experience, live like he did and you will understand...

fanatism has always existed on earth and for all the beliefs that were taught.. he had NO BELIEFS.. this man was totally free.. to be the way he was.. to be a human.

Have watched all of hia videos and in the begining i thought, maybe this guys got something, but as i kept watching and thinking, he seemed less intelligent for his age and stature. @daryoubigboy yea i agree. i mean osho's knowledge is more valuable then anything else taught in this world. i bought the book of secrets by osho and it costed 35 dollars. but its worth it. atleast we're paying for the broadcast of his knowledge. but dam those techniques are so hard. i had this book since i left highschool eight years ago.

Osho's words and knowledge are totally free. No..not quite.. u just need a computer, internet connection and electricity. That is enough to access all his knowledge. Or a couple bucks for cyber cafe usage. Nothing is free and free is nothing.

and btw he have made new discoveries in meditation methodology. Just the same as how bruce lee invented new kung fu. Do experiment with them and then comment. If u comment before experimenting then u will just be another blind man talking about the light.

@Guitarscreech06 Well, it;'s true that it's ugly their charging people for Osho's materials. But then again, Osho himself said that often when people are forced to buy something do they realize its worth. Check the movie on youtube about selling bliss. It's all quite full of paradoxes, isn't it?

he is full of paradoxes... what ever suits him or benifits him in a certian situation he would deffend that...thats his logic. Like a politician he was, or a good bussinesman. Its good he only created an obscure marignal cult with a limited number of sheeps...

As a thinker he is very good,, and can provoke your thoughts and shatter ur views, but as a leader he is just another corrupted soul

@prdunj He was not a leader. He didn't have any program and he didn't ever issue orders. People came at their leisure or joined the Sannyas if they wished. One could also leave unbothered. Hard to call it a cult either; there was no object of worship or agenda.

@prdunj Well maybe the idiots. It's true that Osho IS controversial, no arguments here. But there's a hell lot of much more trustworthy characters, like Alan Watts, Burt Harding, Mooji etc. Personally I find many of Osho's insights very enrichening, so I take them on and discard the dung.

Yes, I dont deny that part.. Osho was gifted interpreter: he articulated the most obscure or incomprihansible ideas so that you gould get the meaining of it. But most of this ideas are not his personal insights..people who read, (not like most followers),know he combined ideas from different philosophies or religions, etc... You dont see sincerety in Osho like in Krishnamurti for example,, no matter if u agree with his ideas or not...

@prdunj there is no point in trying to argue about his interpretations and ideas. He may have did some compilation from his 150,000 books from his personal library. But that is not the point. Those are just devices to trick you into self inquiring in a unique way. Similar when jesus used his tricks (miracles) to get everyones' attention. However if u are caught in this device (interpretations, ideology) or miracles. Then you will never be able to see anything.

If we don't charge for our time, how then can support ourselves in the material world where we need to eat, clothe and house ourselves? A TON of Osho information is available on the Internet for FREE. I like having the information in book form. If you are poor, then most Osho info is available to you for free.
