That's how Airsoft works in the UK, companies buy or rent land, and set the land up as an Airsoft site, and then run games on it, charging people and entry fee to play there.

Due to the CQB nature of this site the staff are very hot on people cheating, and all guns are chronographed before the first game to check that all are under the limits.
