@YUMADLULZ Good grades, stay out of jail, work hard, and spend a lot of time in school. However, it is worth it. This is truly one the best jobs in the world.
@lmellick what if you don't have excellent grades? Does one.simply just turn the other cheek, and find.a profession they may like, but not the one they've always be fascinated by?
@YUMADLULZ Consider PA school. You can do it all as a physician's assistant. You can also go to graduate school and get an advanced degree that may give you more clout.
As an ER physician how would you treat this? What are some complications to Tenosynovitis? Are they all the same throughout the MSK anatomy? Sorry for many questions.
@MadTownRock No problem. We treat this problem in the ER with a splint and NSAIDs such as high dose ibuprofen. Untreated the complications of tenosynovitis are usually chronic pain, perhaps atrophy of muscles from disuse due to pain, and limitations in activities of daily living. More severe swelling can cause a notable crepitus with movement of the tendon. I think the complications will depend a lot on the function of the tendon.
How does one become an er doctor? Is it true you need superb grades?
