Other than that i compeletely agree with you in all accounts this game probably has the worst lag compensation ever as an online multiplayer experience. The difference between a 3 bar and a 4 bar is HUGE! This is the first time in the call of duty series that this is happenning! Its even worse than black ops but... anyway ...

I agree with you. I admit I love the game, I love it more than BF3, but it's just unfair that my enemy gets a whole second to react before I do. I'm not going to touch this game until the next patch (if they fix anything) only cod game I'll be playing is black ops, because they've had months to fix that game plus zombies! I gave up and started using the type 95. It might take me 3 hit markers to kill them but it's the only gun that doesn't take 20 freakin bullets to kill somebody.

Dansby, I take back my comment yesterday about the lag comp being better. Last night I had games where I was host and it was as bad as it ever was. People were running circles around me and kill cams were from an alternative universe. Three games in particular I had to quit out of because I was actually hurting my team by feeding the enemy easy kills. On all three there were host migrations.

I held my own or better in all other matches, so once again: host = death

@itsdansby I haven't tried it in a regular game since I haven't leveled up a shotgun enough this prestige, but in a private match the extended mag still showed extra pellets after the patch. I did notice I got hit markers instead of the usual one shot kills with the striker, but I was attributing that to lag in that game.

all i do is shotgun its the only way i have fun in this game. ( I use every shotgun btw) and you will not imagine how much this happens to me everytime i finish mw3 its me raging because my spas-12 or ksg-12 basically any shotgun im using is taking more shots to kill then a fully automatic assault rifle or smg and im assuming thats because of the lag comp making it feel every gun is 1 shotting me.

I feel your pain dansby, but I have to disagree. In my experience, with a decent connection (not as good as yours, but enough to pull host a lot), I am experiencing far less BS deaths since the patch. There haven't removed lag comp completely, so there will still be some iffy deaths.

The Type 95 and FMG9 nerfs were insignificant, and they haven't nerfed the shotguns according to the release notes and what I have confirmed in a private match.

When a connection is as strong as mine 45/35 5ms ping I tend to have the best connection everygame there for getting compensated up the yin yang. I want this game to work, i payed 108 bucks for the game...its not too much to ask for a working game. Dont penalize me for having a fantastic connection. Good day sir

I've see this same thing happen in every CoD game I ever played. It's just plain lag, not lag compensation. Lag compensation is when you are around a corner and die not these face to face confrontations.

The lag comp will have you get shot around corners but thats not what it does.. Dont you see I drop instantly and I did not shoot... I know what lag comp is check out my older videos. @itsdansby My point is, what happened to you right there has happened in every CoD game. This game ran much better before any patches, but has gotten better recently recovering from the initial fubar state it went to after they started patching. You should show something that shows you really getting screwed, you should see how bad I get screwed over, not this 1 burst didn't register stuff, but 2 or 3 bursts. That's what happens when you have a sub-par connection.

I played all the toher cods on a 6dl and 2.0 up load and never expereinced anything like this before, shit this wasnt anywhere near the worst ones just the most recent one and made me want to make a video. I have been bullshited enough by the game flaw that is lag comp enough to make a 30 min montage!

@itsdansby I could make a 10 minute montage just from today using shotguns, rofl. I definitely know the frustration of KNOWING I shot first only to see that I didn't on the killcam. I've gotten 3+ hitmarkers close range with shotguns enough to freak out, yell and scream at the screen. These issues are typically only with the burst fire/single shot weapons though. If I switch over to any automatic I do fine, with random exceptions. Struggle for 1.0 with shotgun but get 2.0 with ump hah
