  • Bodybuilders are physiologically handicapped. Have you ever noticed that when they simply walk they walk like they've shit in their pants. they don't look good....in fact they look funny. This guy's an athlete who most bodybuilder would much rather be like.

  • Nice training! but in am doing pull ups a bit deeper( when you are going down i prefer to go all the way down and then up, it takes more strength but I think its more effective )

  • Most personal trainers have no clue what they are doing. The funny thing is that a gym addict could start doing this shit and become really good at it in a matter of weeks, but if this guy tried to build the kind of strength I have (bodybuilding/ powerlifting) it would take him years.

    You're missing the point. He probably has no interest in bodybuilding. And he has a different kind of strength.......he's probably fast and has explosive power, like a martial artist. Of course he probably can't do what you do. But I would be willing to bet you can't do some of the things he can. Two different types of strength,.

  • @rafalweb Understand that completely but to say he has fast an explosive power is probably more true for myself or somebody who trains as a powerlifter. If anything he has better muscular endurance. You're missing my point, the style of training I use gives me the explosive power excel at specific activities that translate like tasks like these if I tried. I don't want to learn this because its not impressive to me.

  • Ignore the comments below. Bodybuilders are just glorified fat people. You don't need a chest. Tits on men are repulsive be they hard or soft. Bodybuilding makes no logical sense. This guys training makes sense because it enhances his quality of life. when your calves rub together when you walk it's time to re prioritize.

  • @mothmanifest I agree with your point that bodybuilders are getting ridiculous and in fact loosing functional movement, but that's not the case with all bodybuilders. Bruce Lee was a body builder and he wasn't huge. Bodybuilding just means building the body you want, and while recently that seems to be huge and repulsive it can also be toned and tight and strong and flexible.

Not every person who lifts a weight wants to be a body builder and just because there is a member of the bartenders going all out in training doesnt take away from what this guy has achieved. He could be a outdoors pursuits kinda guy, a rock climber a boxer or martial artist.

  • I work out with 3812255 and trust me stickboy he can write as many cheques as he needs to, as will I. When you bench 300 and squat 400 for reps without any Dec or Test than you can yap your silly little mouth off. Go to the gym and work out. The fact that you have to take your shirt off and work out at the kiddie park makes you look like a diddler. Time to get serious stick boy.

  • i gave you a thumbs up, because i agree with the first bit, but the park bit and all of that stuff i don't agree with. there are lots of people who work out using simple 'park' apperatus and end up being extremely muscular.

  • thats a great series of exercises, especially if you want to get cut. But if you want to get big, you need to use heavier weight with less reps. Nevertheless great vid man

  • excersise is all about form u can go and squat 200 kg but if ur only going down 10 cm its useless.. training is all about muscle isolation .. if u sway when u train u tend to use other body parts and its also puts strain on other muscles groups
