The Special Duties Unit also had their flaw especially with the incident back in the 90s with the AK-47 gang.
The Manila Police SWAT should not even handled that situation. They are not trained for this. This should be done by the Special Action Force which is as highly trained and equipped as The SDU.

a Filipino told me. that Philippine SWAT is under civilian unit for protection
