Before people start saying that this game looks like shit, play the demo first it's amazing. And who cares if it doesn't focus primarily on street racing and cops, EA is trying to spice things up a bit and test a new concept. I think the concept of racing across America is a damn good one. This game is going to be a lot more fun than many of the other NFS games.

@henster904 You really have never driven a vehicle before, have you? Where is your brain??? BMW IS REAR WHEEL DRIVE, THIS IS NOT ABOUT POWER. This is SNOW conditions, means REAR WHEEL DRIVE FAILS on high speeds or any speeds for that matter. Quattro or any other 4x4 for that matter would own any other rear wheel drive car, this bmw is like a snow sled, it just slides around, no control...

@BogicaUE i'll give you that a 4wheel drive would do better in snow conditions than a rear wheels drive but also its all how you control the car if you a skilled driver you would do just as good as a 4 wheel drive.

@henster904 You wouldn't. Get 2 skilled drivers (lets assume they have the same amount of skill) and put them in a 4x4 and rwd car and the 4x4 will do better. I'm saying that a rwd can never behave the same way as a 4x4. If theres even a small hill and u stop with rwd there is a big chance u won't be able to go uphill due to the wheels just sliding and u become a hazard for urself and other drivers. On the other hand if u got good tires u might be OK, not good... Also 4x4 has much better grip.

Like a combination of Burnout Paradise (Collision system, drive thrus and map [completly different ways of getting from A to B]), Need for Speed Hot Pursuit (cops and AI) Forza/ Gran Turismo (car selection) and classic need for speed custimization. Hell, even add dealerships

This game seems to restricted to me, as in you follow the cutscenes til you get to a challenge in a certain place. Wash rince repeat. I have this feeling that once you get to new york, theres no reason to continue playing besides squeezing a few extra seconds out of a race. Honestly, i wouldnt be mad if they spent another 5 years or more making it have multiple options going from cali to new york. what i mean is that they should make it able to choose your own path to go and have side missions
