Short answer, though, is "no". It's a guy. You do have to look very closely, however, to make that one out, since the only time the Adam's Apple is shown is right in the beginning of the clip. Or you can just watch it like 5 times in a row to start picking up the small incongruences between his way of moving and a girl of the same age. It's pretty subtle, though, the video is very well made.
