if you open the pedal back you will find some tiny trimpots. Mark there position (or take a pic) and then adjust them slightly until the problem goes away.

i do have the same Ibanez !! and i have a problem also : the pedal is bypassed either it's turned on !! :/ i miss the flangin' effect of it !!
