No this was a widley publicised hoax. They painted a look a like and filmed it in california. I used to be stationed at Andrews AFB and this does not even look like the flight line. AF1 is kept in a secure hanger and the entire area is lit up. Security Forces members are about every 50 feet and anyone covertly trying to gain access would be shot on site.
