I thought that looked like Bob Pennington. 60% devalutation is true for all properties in Tennessee, esp[ecially now that the private foreign "Federal" Reserve Bank is paying banks to NOT loan money for the 1st time in US history. Note how property assessors defraud the public by not reducing taxes 60%. TN leads the nation in sheriffs convicted of dope dealing. Heroin production is up 10,000% since the US invasion of Afghanistan. Obama gave 20,000 guns to Mexican mob in Operation Fast & Furious.
What caused the housing bubble was the same gaggle of Jew bankers that are responsible for just about every financial crisis in US history. Plain and simple.
this property was never worth 143000 to start with that was a phony pushed up demant price because people were able to get easy money. you let 10,000 teenagers loose in the mall with unlimited credit cards, the merchants in the mall will rais their prices damn quick. thats what happened with housing. that damn shack in the woods should never have sold for more than $20,000.
This is a prime example of someone trying to get a bigger commission and using any way possible to get it , I don't know this salesman ,and he is most like ,or was a " GOOD GUY " but just like the guy in the audience blurted out , its just not worth it ! Exactly , its only worth what the public will pay , appraisals by counties are only there to boost tax revenue ,in my opinion ,which is extensive in this field , that any appraisal will only stand if the owner will let it .Beware !!
I disagree with half of the first sentence. Some of the building codes are rediculous but regardless in our area they are always enforced. As for substandard building practices, well that depends on your standards. Technically if it is to code it isn't substandard. However everything is substandard to me because I believe every board should be screwed down instead of nailed.
Financial industry fraud has played a big role but so has fraud in other venues by huge companies.
