im kinda having a hard time doin that kinda thing

@joealtair3000 if you followed this tutorial you got the most part, to do what you want, you need to add something like a sphere, add it to rigid body collection and make it unyielding (that makes it key frameable) make it keyframe from one position to another moving along the path of the biped. then when you run the reactor simulation the sphere will hit the biped and make a collision, the biped will get hit..

@pugdug808 Sometimes reactor fails, so you have to delete the entire constraint system from the ragdoll, and add it again. That will solve the problem. At least for me.

Look in the very bottom left corner of your 3ds max window, there should be a little empty box, in that box type in: "rctmakeragdollui()" without the quotations, this will bring up the menu as shown in his tutorial

It's kind of funny that it doesn't work for me that way, it says: "-- Type error: Call needs function or class, got: undefined". And I figured out there's no need to type in stuff just: click on MAXscript (it's up there next to the help menu), click run script..., then a window with the script and utils will appear, open "rctRagdollScript", this is the noobproof method lol, hope it will be useful for people having a hard time scripting with the given key :P

ooo now theres a challenge and i like them :). Truth is iv'e never used max hair in a final piece of work, yes iv'e messed with it but not proper. My latest model im making does use it though so I will make a tut if i have any luck with it myself :)

you can switch from havok 1 to 3.I find it faster i think you used havok 1 and the 5 elastidety is disabled the max there is 1.9

Ah you are refering to the havoc version. I don't know which is better. It a basic tutorial - i try to not go into things that are far better to mess with yourself. I find playing around is a great way of learning, but i wasnt aware 1.9 was max here so thanks :).
