The two women for which you show the before and after pictures looked better before, especially in the frontal view. What you are doing to people is a total waste of time and money. You are explaining how to correct problems from operations that were never needed in the first place. Plastic surgery is totally pointless in most people, it doesn't improve their appearance and creates disfigurement that needs to be repaired.

@wissam280 Im getting mine done by Dr Rajendra Shah. He had done work on my Aunt and her nose looks great. I am getting Rhinoplasty and Chin Lipo/ Cleft revision

I got rhinoplasty done by DR. POLETES IN LANSING. HE IS THE WORST DR. EVER. HE MESSED UP MY NOSE, LEAVING ME WITH FLARED NOSTRILS, ASSYMETRIC AND BREATHING PROBLEMS.

I think you should watch part 1? I don't think the point of the video is to say that closed is better. Open rhinoplasty has its benefits, for some noses open is the only option.

execellent video. I am African American. I mention that because my skin density is a different from the ladies featured in this video. Anyhow I had rhino surgery 2 years ago, and now I have scar tissue in my rt left nostril, it obsructs my breathing a bit. So this was informative of what I should consider

yes, also a week later after the surgery, i hit the side of my nose getting into the car. I know it sounds odd, but it happen. so that could have something to do with it. I am just wondering if i should go to another plastic surgeon or a ear,nose and throat doctor.

Im not a doctor, just a woman doing a lot of research and preparing for a rhinoplasty. However, If i were you, I would go to Dayan, if you can, or see a facial plastic surgeon who is also an ENT. Do you like your nose overall? What doctor performed your surgery?

i am please with the look, i just think I should maybe get it refined a bit. Dr. Choi in Southfield Mi did the surgery thru doctors say yes program. I wish i could show you before and after pictures
