  • Is the boat scratch-built or did you buy pre-made??

  • amazing boat dude! 2 suggestions, batten down the hatch! and put a small amount of weight in the bow! the should be able to then achieve full speed without the worry of it capsizing or sinking! look forward to seeing more vidz of that boat.

  • DAMN.

  • gaint fucking boat

  • BADASS!

  • Yea were did you get that motor? I want to get one for my huge aircraft carrier and, you could use a little Velcro on the hatch to keep it from opening

  • were did you get the motor and can you tell me were can you find the plans for the boat, thats if there is any plans.

  • hi i would like to see a pic of how you have the drive train hookup to your motor cause i am going to try to put a homelite chain saw motor in my 46' apache rc boat, just trying to get the part made for the chain to hook up to the out put shaft cause the engine turn ccw direction, please help with some pics or a web site.

  • That took the fuck off

  • Seems like it needs more wieght on the front?

  • that thing roars like a dinosoar i want one :P

  • you need to put a lock on the door lol

  • very cool job! I've been sitting here all day wondering what I can do with this 80cc kingsmotorbikes engine I have gotten bored with on my bike, I'm thinking gas powered surfboard or like your boat here ,,, a shell with a motor.

  • do you have plans??????

  • that is 1 of a kind awesome. Great job

  • lol, the build photos in your other videos really remind me of when i put my hull together, on one occasion the whole family were forced to eat their sunday roast around hull frames and stringers as the boat was assembled on the dining room table and the glue had'nt set yet! :-D

    nice looking boat.

  • what size prop did you use iam building a 2 meter boat running a 2.5 horsepower 4 stroke, and wondered about a prop

  • Greetings. I used a 3.5" diameter 4" pitch silicon bronze propeller from the Prop Shop of England. This is on a chain drive system and I have been trying different gear ratios. You might need something smaller with an engine with less torque. Happy building.

  • Where did you get the running gears???? Driveline????

  • nice work!!! thats kill!

  • Cool boat BUT it's dangerous to be running it while standing in the water. Radio glitches and all. Know what I mean?????

  • Pretty cool, looks like it's got some torque! Maybe make the hatch open up the other way next time though. ;)

  • thats sick!!! how many cc?

  • this is nice it sounds like a lawn mower

  • thats pretty nuts man, i love the puff of smoke and bam it jumps away instantly lol. deffinately needs some weight in the front end, it looks like its gonna flip over when the throttle is punched :D i guess its got some gearing to spin the prop faster than the engine? it doesn't sound like its spinning very fast but sure launches like the props spinning pretty good

  • that is some real scaled rc with scaled weight and propulsion.. nice. .

  • that is just awesome.

  • amazing boat, the sound is great and it looks so alive

  • she just wants 2 go haha

  • need to put the hinge on the other side of cabin

  • Ballast in the bow!!!

  • Trim tabs.....

  • my gocart is a gsx 160 5.5 lol!

  • Wow, that's an incredibly beautiful boat :) And drives awesomely it seems :D

  • i was thing of puting a 7.5 hoda 4 stroke ina 112in

  • my god it sounds scary/....seriously does it sound likethat or youtweaked the vid?

  • thats one heck of a great boat but it seems to be a bit tail-heavy, doesn't it ?

  • @Freakschwimmer just the wake

  • That thing is hugemungus

  • power much ! XD ROFL

  • front end to lite

  • is that a lawn mower engine? lots of power!!

  • he is big and fast to ;P

  • sick thats a real big boat

  • great job! Beautiful boat......to keep the nose down why don[t you try some trim tabs? I think it would plane faster and a more even keel all the way around. Even if you don't do that, it's a great and smooth running boat. You did an excellent job and the motor sounds like a kitten purring. Thanks for sharing.....

  • You definitely need to trim it. Purrs like a lion.

  • That´s 4 big old Honda OHV horses-and doesn´t it sound good? very shapely hull, too. What a good job!

  • That is absolutely beautiful. Thanks foir building it-and for showing it to the world!

  • try ducttaping the top lol

  • Great job....I like the big boats ......I'm building a 5 foot boat with a 49cc engine chain drive......cheers man

  • needs a roof latch to keep the roof down

  • ok thanks. do you have the plans for it. i would like to make something like it. where did you get your engine?

  • how id you attach the shaft and propeller to the engine. great boat

  • I have a centrifugal clutch on the motor with a chain drive to a 5/8" jack shaft mounted on a pillow block bearing. That connects to a 3/8" propeller shaft by a rigid coupling.

  • how do you remove a rc boat propeller

  • its nice but add trimm

  • Don't ad weight ,install trim tabs,

  • is that just a lawn mower engine powering it.

  • ? no....

  • dude the front of the boat is too light put some weight in the hull

  • Put some weight in the front so the hull doesn't fly up

  • why dont you put something heavy in the front so it doesnt pop up all the time>

  • hey great boat

what is it made of and how did you design it?

    Cheers

  • Thanks. The hull is made of 1/8" plywood. The joints are held together by wires initially and then epoxy/fiberglass tape. After the epoxy cures, the wires are removed and a second layer of epoxy is applied. I didn't have any plans for this project. I just kind of "eyeball" it.

  • lol is that right the engine is 12kg dry weight

  • little velcro keep that top down its cool tho lots of tourqe

  • is that real?????????

  • How do you get the sunroof to open?

  • Holy Cow. Looks good.

Where did you get plans for that?

    Got still pics?

  • Yeah--I've got some still picks--some from it's construction. I don't have any plans for or any dimensions really.

  • please give us a link where we can see them, i am planing to put tdr250 engine on one of these

  • i wanna see it run wide open!!!!

  • need some rocks in the front

  • Beautiful big boat!
