It's merely skins on a PC, they are probably using an Xbox controller for their PC, or perhaps they had placed the skins on a disk, and played it on an alternate system (which is unlikely).

@212AttackBattalion1 only the biggest resident evil fans can say the real story but as far as i know wekser was part of the S.T.A.R.Z force and during one of the missions their helicopter crashed by a mansion which was surrounded by zombies and there wesker found a virus and since then he has been going around taking/finding all the virus' from umbrella in resident evil 4 he sent ada to do the dirty work in which case i dunno why, alo wekser is one of umbrella's creations.
