  • you add sugar to the dry ingridients tapus may sugar kapa dun sa may egg whites. hahatiin koba yung 1 1/2??

  • Tip: Make sure that there are NO traces of yolk in egg white mixture. Just a little bit will alter the consistency of the cake. Although you have to use a great amount of eggs, still, a very good chiffon should not be eggy in taste.

  • @margaritalite you can substitute white vinegar (pref. an american brand) for cream of tartar. And at Panlasang Pinoy, you should really try to think of including other viewers who do not speak Tagalog. I think they would be grateful for that. I'm just saying =) Happy cooking!

  • i got most of the method.but can someone pls translate the measurement for each ingredient?this cake looks great n i want to try it at home but i don't really understand bout the measurement part.thanks in advanced..!=)

  • @dilla89 he said that make sure to sift the flour and sugar.also for the buttercream icing he said those are the ingredients.then whateer hes putting you put that into the sifted flour

  • vegetable shortening, margarine yan diba? Margarine ay gawa yata sa vegetable oil or plant oil. I made this cream, masarap sya. Thanks sa video mo.

  • Margarine puede yata, try mo research. Ginagamit ito pang luto or pang pirito. Solid type ito na vegetable oil, parang butter, pero white lang sya. Try mo sa super market.
